Garu smiled at this Tsuki girl. Something odd happened when he first touched her, a small jolt like a static shock. Was there possibly resonance between this girl and himself? What if there was? Could he really trust her? If his plan was to work he had to take what he could get. That meant a big risk for him. If she betrayed him it meant death. Shift and merciless death, most likely to empower someones weapon, maybe the very weapon he trusted. The likelihood of him finding another weapon was highly unlikely. And even if he did, that risk wouldn't go away.
When the girls eyes went milky white. He grew a bit concerned. "Hey are you okay?" He waved his hand in front of her face and held her hand comfortingly. However the milky eyes soon dissolved back to her natural green, just adding to the puzzle. "How odd...Are you okay there miss? I'm Garu Hemming" He gave her a small smile trying to make her feel better.
Garu turned to the other girl and gave her a cold look, more like he was bored by her very existence. "If I had the money or a lunch of my own I'd be more than happy to do. By which, if you payed attention instead of raging needlessly, you could have figured out. Even by your theory of what I was doing. If I had food during lunch, why would I by spying on you?" he said as he stomach let out a loud rumble.

Tsuki blushed a bit as her eyes cleared up to see Garu in front of her looking concerned. He seemed legitimately worried...but he was a witch. Was it possible? A good witch? It wasn't possible statistically for them to be all bad...was it? And she felt that jolt and it felt good. She had to be brave. It was hard but she would and talk to him later. She owed her family and herself that much.
"Please both of you stop fighting!" She said loudly, surprising herself. She held her arms in front of her as if to shield herself from the world. Sure Garu scattered their lunch. But it wasn't his fault! The branch broke, there was nothing he could have done to help or prevent it. And even if he was spying what was the point? They had nothing to hide. Maybe he was just shy, or trying to work up the courage.

Knowing that she’d be in need of something to stab soon, Karma huffed in irritation as she turned away from the two. “Fine, whatever. It’d be a waste of my time, anyway, since now I have to find a new lunch. Have fun with your new girlfriend. Go die in a hole somewhere, spying ‘gentleman’. I’m outta here,” she said to Garu as she walked in the direction of the school.
Sayuri had tried to teach her for many years that the only way to make friends was to be nice to people. And look where that got me, Karma thought. I was ambushed by some freak falling out of a tree. And now I’m without a lunch. Maybe Sayuri has some of hers left over? Her stomach growled loudly. “Damn it. Stein had better be in his office right now and have food ready. I’m not in a good mood.”

Garu frowned deeply at the predicament. That was twice in one day he irritated this girl through no fault of his own. He really didn't mean to. In fact he was sure they had something in common other than a temper issue, and his was rising. "Maybe at a later date...when I have money. I'll buy something so you can't complain about my cooking." he called after her when she stormed off.
"What a spoiled, angst-ridden, bag of bi..." he stopped and looked at Tsuki, stopping mid-explicative. "I'm sorry but she really was starting to pi...tick me off." he said watching his language around her. Not sure on what to do he blushed and scratched his chin.
"So Tsuki right? Did you feel a jolt or something when I touched your hand? Or was it just me? It didn't feel like static." He cleared his throat and looked about not sure what else to do. He hated talking to people, animals were so much easier.

Tsuki looked sad at the fact that Karma ran off angrily. She wished she would act that way. Witch or not, at least at least he seemed nice. "B-but he's not my boyfriend!" she squeaked defensively. "I just met him!"
After Karma disappeared Tsuki turned to Garu. "I'm 15, you don't need to worry about the 'bad words' corrupting me..." it was then she decided to take the chance that would shape the rest of her life. "Witch." She braced herself for the eminent violence that would occur. "I felt the jolt."

Garu smirked at a bit at the tiny girl getting defensive. He would never admit it, but it was kinda cute. Made him want to be all protective of her. Chivalry and all that. Maybe it was the wolf in him. Being heir to the immortal clan of werewolves he had qualities of the animal that was as much misunderstood as he was. It kinda brought out his natural instinct to be protective. Even if she was the same age as he was.
However, when she said witch he tensed up and growled, covering her mouth and looking about wildly. "Shush! Listen I don't know how you found out when I have soul protect on, but I don't care. I'm a good witch alright? I don't want to hurt anyone. You have to trust me on this okay?" he gulped and took a deep breath. "I'm going to uncover your mouth as a sign of trust. Please don't scream." shakily he uncovered her mouth.

Tsuki squeeked when she was grabbed. It was totally unexpected. After all she expected somethinglike a punch, and he was faster than she predicted, way faster. Sure, she could easily get out of the hold, but he seemed a bit scared. The least she could do was hear him out.
When his hand uncovered her mouth. She took a breath and gathered heself. "It's okay, I kinda saw it." She turned to face Garu and then looked down shyly. "I-um I sometimes see things when I touch them, pictures and videos of the things past. I saw you as a kid protecting an animal...anyone who does that can't be all that bad. Right?" she said giving him a smile at the right.
"But what I wanna know is why whould a person such as yourself come to a place like this? It's more than a little dangerous." as she twiddled her thumbs and blushed a bit. "It must be important to you. Something big, people don't tend to put their life on the line for nothing after all."

Garu was more than a little relieved when she didn't scream."Psychometry, not a common outlet of psi-energy." he said raising an eyebrow "Was that why your eyes got all milky briefly?" He said in a tone suggesting intellectual curiousity. After all, it was a chance to study someone with extra-sensory perception right in front of him.
The mood quickly changed however when his motives were questioned. He snapped back to his serious demenor. "My motives are simple I want to change the system from the inside. There are good people, families, children, fathers, and mothers. Killed indiscriminently because of circumstances they can't help. Just because they are witches. I want to provide sanctuary for those of us that are good."

Tsuki nodded as she listened to him. He had good reasons. Infact she felt an odd sort of respect for him. If there was a good reason to risk your life for something, this would be it. She wasn't sure if she was in his position he would do the same thing. But she did know she wanted to help him.
"Listen. You need a partner right? A weapon you can trust with this secret." she blushed and looked down "I'll do that . I'll be that weapon for you. That is, if you will allow me to be." She twiddled her thumbs and hoped that he would agree to it. As far as she could tell they needed each other. He needed a weapon he could trust, she needed a meister.

Garu blinked a bit in suprise. She knew what he was and still wanted to help him. It was a totally new experiance for him. All his life when someone found out about his little secret they ran or worse. It being a welcome suprise would be more than a little bit of an understatement.
"I guess so... Do you think we can resonate though?" he said looking rather uncomfortable. It was odd to have something of a partnership with someone. Even if it was just a working relationshipat the time being. He wasn't sure why but he felt he could sincerely trust her. He just hoped his gut instincts were right.

She just smiled and looked up at him "Well we will never know if we don't try right?" she smiled and held his hand. "To our partnership a vow to trust and change the world through peace and understanding!" she said gripping hard and looking more confident than she usually looked.
"Alright!" She said jumping up in the air with little effort, soaring above him. She concentraited on her form briefly. Her body glowwed in white light. changing form into a long polearm with a gracefully flowing ribbon and silver head.

"To peace." Garu said in agreement with a smile. The first smile in a long time. He returned the confident look to her. This was going tobe a good thing, he knew it.
When she jumped over him and turned into a staff-like weapon he stared in wonder. He had never seen a weapon in action before. It was beautiful as was the weapon itself. As it began it's decent Sahoni instinctively grabbed it and began a figure 8 motion causing the ribbon to flow like a dancing river, belll and rings clinking and jingling. It was working! The two of them were resonating!
Thus this was the birth of the team of Garu and Tsuki. What would the future bring them would they be ? Heros? Villians? Mayrters? Only the future will tell.
